The United States spends $4 trillion annually on healthcare and 90% goes to chronic disease care that are preventable. The Liu Foundation thus made it our mission to prevent chronic diseases worldwide.

Chronic diseases are continuous conditions that have detrimental impacts on a person’s health and can lead to death if left untreated. In the United States, chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and asthma is the number one cause of death and disability.

Harvard School of Public Health and Stanford Center on Longevity’s evidence-based research proved that practicing all 10 lifestyle habits can prevent chronic diseases.
In addition to preventing chronic diseases, incorporating all 10 evidence-based habits into your daily routine improves your quality of life, increases your longevity, and eliminates your bad habits.
